Chapter 10

OMG this is the last bloggggg and this book is DONE. Chapter 10 well what can i talk about? How about the fact that I am sick of people saying obesity is a disease. As medical professional this drives me nuts because there is no real diagnosis saying that is even nearly close to true. However some people may have thyroid problems and that is a cause of being over weight. That is not a excuse to be 500 pounds. I watched this show on the discovery channel of the worlds biggest man, and it was ridicules. When you see your gaining weight you can do things to change that not when its to late.

Chapter 9

Well I have to say even though this book is driving me crazy it is getting more interesting. When eating out more than likely I aways get a stomach ache. I have been fortunate compared to the man in chapter 9 with food poisoning. The statics don't surprise me how many people get sick from food poisoning. It freaks me out when I think about employees not washing their hands and then touching my food, but until now I never really thought about how it was handled before it even hits the grills at the restaurant.
